Nevermind, I commented out everything between the {strip} {/strip} tags and just added the new code. It seems to be working fine in 4.1.8.

This is an extremely useful mod - thanks!

I'm also interested in whether there's a way to get the title to display extra fields. We use X-Cart for a bookshop site, and so 'author' is an extra field. It would be really very useful to include the author name in the title too, but I'm not sure how to reference the extra field. Any ideas?
