hide delivery method
Hello... I want to use shipping, but I want the "Delivery Method" and the drop-down menu that displays the methods hidden from the customer.
There is never a straight reason for me to deliver the products one way or another, so I want to be able to decide later. Can someone tell me where to comment out the section that shows the delivery method and it's options???

Removing/Commenting out the the shipping drop down can be done by editing /customer/main/cart_totals.tpl Regards Shafiq :sK

Could you help me find where to comment out?
I still want shipping to calculate based on my shipping charges, but I don't want the drop down to be visible to the customers.
