Is the a way for me to display a single product on a static page, including price, description, buy now button & related products ??

Not by default, no. You would need to hard-code it.

Has anyone tried this that can point me in the right direction for hard coding it in.

I want to be able to put a product from the products list & display just that 1 product on a static page.

can't you just go to modify product, then click product you wish to have on static page then click generate html?

This will give you all osrts of ways to post it on static page.
