Default Registration Completed Message
My customers are clicking the submit button during registration 2-3 times because there is no message saying "thank you for registering" Can I add one easily?

Did a search and couldn't find anything.

I assume I would have to make a landing page but am not that advanced. Maybe copy the "modify profile" page and modify/rename it.

Any ideas?
