Why do I get a "File operation is failed" message when I use the Edit template to modify and click "save"? I did check the "enable debug console" in the general setting. There is also a note that says 'If "$admin_safe_mode" is set to "true", the template editor is write-protected. ', but where do I go set it to false? Thanks for your help.

Make sure the file you are trying to edit has world writable permissions.
