How can I stop X-cart changing the case of the speed bar to all uppercase ?

I do apologise if this is a simple solution but I am new to xcart.

That is controlled by the .Tab class in skin1.css. Just remove this line of code from it:

TEXT-TRANSFORM: uppercase;
