How to remove Valid from (MMYY) - SOLVED

Default How to remove Valid from (MMYY) - SOLVED
How can I remove this Valid from (MMYY) in the Credit card information section.

Credit card type *
Cardholder's name *
Credit card number (no spaces or dashes) *
Valid from (MMYY)
Expiration date (MMYY) *
CVV2 *
Issue No.


I would lik eto remove

Issue No. and Valid from (MMYY)

where is this exact file? can't seem to locate it

Enable 'Issue Number' and 'Valid from' fields in the CC info form

Default Deselecting option in General Settings did not remove
Running 4.4.3
Found the "enable issue number and valid from fields in the CC info form" in General Settings -> Payment Options. Deselecting it did not remove them from checkout page as expected...

Anyone else seeing same behavior? Need to get those removed...
