I want the shipping cost / total to be showned without the customer having to LOGIN.

What would I need to complete this?

In General Settings, check this box:

When a customer isn't logged in, it is presumed that he is from the default country.:

That will give the customer shipping costs based on the default city/state/country/zip you add in the fields above that checkbox.
