PLEASE BE AWARE: The way the acceptation is currently setup on X-Cart (click the check box before "Submit Order" can be shown) does not please - And according to them NOT compliant with industry standard - credit cards companies and is subject to chargebacks impossible to defend!!

The way they want it is to have the check box at the bottom of the popup window. I have seen it on Apple "Terms acceptation" and on some of the more recent sites I visited. In other words when clicking on I agree to the Terms and Conditions a popup screen should open and after scrolling to the bottom is where the "I read and accept the Terms and Conditions" should be placed.

We need to have this implemented in X-Cart or we are going to lose money to credit cards companies.

With this approach you have to force customers to open the popup or have it open on page load (which will be annoying). You will be better off to not show this terms in a popup but on the page within scrolling box
