Default Payment_offline.tpl and Paypal 4.1
Hello,
I am passing payment to paypal standard in 4.1 - it goes to offline.tpl then opens a paypal website screen. Sometimes my users get caught up.

Does anyone or can anyone come up with the code so for

PRESS HERE IF SCREEN does not LOAD
"the correct URL" for an HREF to control if my customers get stuck? I am losing sales.
