X-Cart Admin mobile application

Hi Guys.. I used to pay monthly for X-cart mobile admin but apparently it's now free.

But it DOESN'T Work!

I load the app on my iphone 7 and enter API or take picture of QR code then screen just flashes and turns off.

it's an absolute necessity to be able to check orders on the go without having to log into the website on an iphone... Why has this not been fixed for so many months and when can I expect it to work again?

Dear Anthony,

I have checked you store and was able to determine that you have old version of the connector module installed. In order for the new version of the Mobile Admin to work correctly you need to update the connector module.

We can continue with the details in X-Business thread that you have opened.

It quit working in 5.3.2.4 after the upgrade as well...

Actually, it requires logging out then logging back in after an upgrade, it's working now in 5.3.2.4

The problem I'm having with this module, using iOS on an iPhone 6s, is that when you go to Dashboard it *always* shows 5 orders even when there are way more than that. 5 orders over what time period, since inception? That never changes, always "5". It's not a major issue but it's weird.

I appreciate your report, we have identified the issue and it will be fixed in the next version of the connector module for X-Cart 5.

I'd really like to utilize this but the module page does not generate an API key to use to connect. It simply says:

Code:

Current API key is: "".

Selecting generate new key does nothing. I think I have the most current versions of the mobile admin module (5.2.10), JSON API (5.2.2), and the QR Generator (5.2.0). I do have codes in the JSON API module if that matters.

Any ideas?
