New module for X-Cart 5 - Custom HTTP Headers.

Add HTTP headers or override existing ones.

With the new Google FLoC I was looking for a way to restrict it and it resulted in this module.

This module should be used with caution as wrong or incorrectly formatted values can have negative impact.
