PLS HELP !!!!!!

My live store is Pro 4.5.1 and I close the store because exchange to GOLD PLUS.

PROBLEM INSTALL GOLD PLUS.
1. stop my live store and move all root dir files to local computer as backup.
2. upload all gold+ files to root and run web installed, I got this error
