Default authorize.net payment not received

Recently there was a transaction that said was settled through authorize.net which works with xcart and xpayments, but it has not shown in our bank account. Could it be a glitch or something through xpayments that did not go through?

Two other transactions went through like it was supposed to but this one did not.
Any ideas?
