I have UPS Under SHIPPING > METHODS > UPS Set to a "NO TAX" Class we have created with a 0 Tax Rate.

We are based in NY so our default tax is set to tax NY Residents, but no one outside NY.

Yet, when you are in NY state, and choose any of the 3 UPS shipping options, it taxes each option.???
