Ok Phil, thank you very much for your reply. Just letting us know you are working on our issues is all that we can ask for. Not hearing from you at all is the issue and that can be very frustrating when a person feels abandon after making a purchase. We really do appreciate your help. I am not using category images, only product images so I am not sure what is going on here in my case but I will wait for you while I try to resolve the issue by myself also. Thanks again!
