thanks, i got it to work on a different PC. Seems like on my Vista box IE would timeout but with a different XP pc, it didn't timeout. the process took about 30 minutes to complete.
I'd like to set this up as a cron. Do you know how i can pass in 'mode=rebuild&lang=US' to command line php?
