Actually the iOS version for X-Cart 4 is listed too, but you should not expect any X-Cart 4 -compatible extensions listed here: http://www.x-cart.com/extensions/addons/ - These are X-Cart 5 extensions only.

The announcement in our blog and newsletter has not been made yet, because it covers a bit a larger topic and one of the points it includes requires a couple of extra steps from the side of us and our partners.
