It is a free version, only the commercial version isn't free.
Why is it that only you people can sell stuff related to xcart, to users, and not perons like me.
I've had a look at your website, you are selling ecommerce solution, and you mean Xcart, but nowhere to find that you are selling the one and only XCART. When i look at the features, This is XCART youre talking about, so why not mention it......
This is misleading.........!!
People can buy xcart from xcart, for a very little price.
