Tech support - cold shoulder - not impressed with support
I needed to change the home button on the mobile module. I was told to change the file header.menu.tpl
The line with the href I was told to change to a standard URL. It does not work properly. So I started a new system from scratch, reinstalled the .12 updates and it still doesnt work.
All support could say is they will charge me to fix it. Its a brand new install from scratch. how could anything be wrong?
I think this is really backwards. I feel like every tech support issue I have put in I feel like its the cold shoulder and they really dont want me asking questions. I am not impressed at all. Does anyone else feel that way?
