Hi

I am getting the exact same problem you had:

Site error: the file C:\xampp\htdocs\store\DSEFU_license.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll to be installed by the site administrator

Could you please explain what you needed / had to do to sort this?
