-> In what way? If they're not getting the emails to reset their password, check your server/store email settings are correct. Using SMTP is the most reliable method to ensure emails don't end up in customer spam boxes.

-> I can't, but someone on here might be able to, check the XC marketplace, or ask a developer / X-Cart themselves.
3) how to edit meta for pages like manufacturer.php and others
-> There's an
addon called "Advanced Page Meta" (available in the template zip file), which allows you update page titles and meta descriptions in bulk. But you might need some custom coding for what you want to achieve, like setting the titles and descriptions for specific pages. Contact me with what you need.
