Please could you contact our support staff by submitting a ticket at
https://secure.x-cart.com/ and naming it something like "For X-Cart 5 dev team as requested in the forums"? Also, please provide the engineers with an access to your server so that they could debug the problem there and find the cause.
Also, what is your MySQL version? Is it
MySQL v5.1.13 or higher?
