Great examples are when you try to mass remove products from a category and it deletes them from the database entirely or when you create a backup and it ignores every non-default table.
I now learned to not rely on X-cart also on saved data or to save data. I just realized that the 4.7.8 that I purchased a while ago won't save Customer/Order Comments texts in those fields. Remark: It resumed saving text hours later though. X-cart backups make false sense of security? Why risk to lose all their data and products that takes many months to enter by hand?
"RAID/R1Soft and/or a redundant cloud system" - this sounds to me like a thunder from sky, scary and not doable at my level of knowledge. Why don't X-cart people create a decent non-fake Backup functionality?
