I would like to edit the "Print Packing Slip" page's shipping address format so I can cut out the addresses and paste them to my boxes to be shipped. The current format on the page has everything listed row by row, and I need it to be in a format that the postal service can read.

Where can I edit the "Print Packing Slip" page?

What are the variables for the shipping address so I can put them in the correct order (i.e. name, street, city, etc...)?
