My mistake
. I thought you needed a categories menu with the listed sub-categories on the left side of the page.
I did post some code a while back that deals with sub-categories and sub-sub-categories in the middle of the page, but it used graphics and text. I'm not sure if this is what you need, but click
here to go there. I've placed two thumbnail images on the bottom of that post so you can see if that is what you need.
