Unfortunately Telafirma has stopped supporting his mods and is long gone now from the forums!!!
i.e I among others would suggest you 100% forget using Telafirma's mods or store... and look for alternatives (if you want to read more on the history of that then see

Possible alternatives are:-
a) Dynamic Images
I haven't used this myself - so try it and if you have issues perhaps e-mail someone in the following post who has used the code...
