Congratulations to X-Cart on 4.5.5!

I went through the changelog and started looking at the many changes...

First big question -- Is X-Payments also going to have a revision to coincide with 4.5.5? With the changes to the xpc, does this require xpayments to also upgrade?

2. I see many diff files that simply change a file's commented out header/modification date, with no edits to the code. Why is that? Honest question?

I will continue to read the changelog. More to come!
