Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for keeping silent. We have discussed this idea with a developer, and he considers it to be a reasonable request and a useful feature for future updates.

It would be great if it would recognize ALL text on an item so I wouldn't have to double up my text for each item. As was mentioned, the Keyword Search would be really helpful though the synonym addition to Cloudsearch has been extremely helpful.
