Thanks guys. Yes, I like Bill's version (Altered Cart). I will continue to try and get the files from Bill. What I am concerned about is that they will not be supported if needed in the future.
I love your template Phil - I wish you would add Bill's checkout.
I looked at BCEs, but it has the same submit button that you need to press midway through the page.
