CDSEO would not cause rankings to drop like that ever. In fact in over 10 years of offering the software we haven't had a single user say their rankings dropped with the exception of one person who didn't install the module correctly and made many mistakes and then left it incorrect for a period of months.
Google is in the middle of implementing their Google Penguin 3.0 algorithm. If your rankings have suddenly dropped, it is likely the result of this update and you likely have a bad back link profile that is getting you penalized.
