Seems to be a special configuration set at server level to prevent creating files and folders with 777 Unix permissions. Sometimes hosting admins do that to make their job easier. Contact your hosting admin about changing that setting for your hosting account. If they refuse - I advise you to go with X-Payments Hosted plans. They are pre-configured to run pre-installed X-Payments 100% properly.
