I have an issue here where the refined filter for enable in stock filter does not display on the customer side of the store (version 4.4.4).

Other functions do (ie on sale) yet this one does not despite having "show out of stock products" selected on the general options menu.

Was there a bug with this feature or am I simply missing something?
