I simply need to be able to move my license to include the www in the domain name. We have purchased several mods from TheXcartStore and always kept our usage up to date in their system. I have reached out to TheXcartStore on multiple occasion both through email and through their support ticket system. With little to no response. The last 2 have gone completely unanswered. Yet if I use another email to inquire about buying a new mod, I receive replies quickly.
These mods have been moved several times within the same domain, for example staging.domain.com to staging1.domain.com to testing.domain.com etc.. Never have we attempted to use a mod bought for a specific domain on a different domain, not even for testing purposes. We have always used subdomains.

This seems like some sort of dubious attempt to force me to pay more money for a product I have already purchased and up till now have been happy with.

What gives, Max?
