It's now more than 4 weeks but no change can be seen in google search results. Even test tool
http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets shows correct Extracted structured data.
Also Google now support "Data Highlighter" for products.
But on the configuration page of "Data Highlighter", it's not possible to select ratings, date, reviews since it's under "Customer Feedback" tab. In short if your data are under any tab which is not your default tab then you can't simply go to 2nd or 3rd tab because in google window it's not clickable.
If you remove tabs & manually put the product url at
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/data-highlighter?hl=en&siteUrl=http://www.yoursite.com/ then it's taking page from it's cache instaed of fresh page. You will have to wait till google re-index your entire products pages !
