I have a 4.1.8 store and it did pretty much the same thing when I first set up PayPal Pro. Both PayPal options (Express Checkout and Credit Card methods) displayed as "PayPal Pro." I changed the display names accordingly in the admin section so it wouldn't be confusing for customers.
