I suppose most of you have already noticed this new feature in
the HelpDesk
In case you haven't I am puting this announcement on the forums.
Now you can see faces of Qualiteam members who are working out your tickets right in the tickets. We have added photos of sales and techs and are adding photos of the rest part of the team. Just open a ticket where you communicated with some particular person from Qualiteam and you should see their photos on the left side of messages they posted.
We added the ability to disable photos displaying as well.
At the same time we enabled avatars for clients' user profiles, too. You can set an avatar image and "display/do not display photos" option in "Profiles" section of your HelpDesk account.
