It might be. Seems to be something wrong with access permissions in your X-Payments installation. In order to investigate we need to go into your server and check everything along with the template no show-up issue, but this is a paid support incident.
I see you use X-Payments Enterprise that you host yourself, so chances are very good something is wrong with setup there. I advise to contact our techs using your HelpDesk account. If it is a bug in our software all paid support fees will be refunded, but I do not think it is a bug. Most likely wrong access permissions for your X-Payments server environment.
