I've had issues with getting pages in the Admin area to load since upgrading =/ In particular, "Users" and "Language" are the affected areas I've noticed so far. Just reloads the page when I click on links in those sections.
I did have to manually edit some of the files that couldn't be patched, but did so accurately to my knowledge, and I went over it 3-4 times. It seems like an HTTP post/get request issue.. however that was modified in this upgrade.
