We have tried everthing was sugested here...The fact - doesn't work !!!

I renamed templates_c. After that:

mkdir templates_c
chmod 777 templates_c
chown nobody:nobody templates_c and got this message...

chown: changing ownership of `templates_c': Operation not permitted

So, may be somebody can advice something useful?
