I would suggest to speak with OneSaaS as their connector may interpret not-finished X-Cart orders as compete ones.
Also, I see you are using X-Cart 4.6.1 with X-Payments 1.x - I suggest to upgrade your X-Cart to 4.6.3 that comes with improved X-Payments connector and perhaps to upgrade your X-Payments to v2.x (see
