Default Can we send order email to admin while placing order using Paypal
Hello all I am new in Xcart and my requirement is to send a preorder email to admin while customer place an order using Paypal before he/she complete payment.
Is this kind of functionality provided by Xcart, If not then how can I do this at code level.

I am on Xcart 5.2.1
