Re: Excellent WYSIWYG-EDITOR (cross browser) - tested in 4.0.19
Simply go into the Admin section of X-Cart, click on Categories on the left hand side, and then add/select a product. The WYSIWYG editors should now be present for Short/Long descriptions of your cart product details page.
