Hello, most likely you are already paying someone for this - your hosting company must be doing daily backups of your account.
So the fastest way to resolve the issue would be to restore the backup from the date prior to the upgrade and then go from there.
And if your hosting for some reason does not do daily backups, I would highly recommend switching to someone who does. Here is what
