This feature is already supported by the module. Please have a look at the manual
'Managing Pop-up Anywhere' section. There is the 'Configuring pop-up behaviour' section, it contains two settings 'Pop-up will be shown on pages with URL containing' and 'Pop-up will not be shown on pages with URL containing'.
