Ambal, I followed those instructions.
I managed to track down the issue. Apparently, somewhere in the PayPal Pro module, it references the "orders department email address" entered into your "company settings" page. We didn't have a "valid" email address entered into that field. It might be important to make note of this for the future that a valid email address must be entered into these fields as this module references them.
