I have said several times that we should all be patient and things will work their way out with all of these versions but I am starting to think that QT has bitten off more than they can handle at this particular time. I have been around since the version 3 line and have never had problems applying a patch which makes me suspicious.

I am sorry to hear your disappointment regarding our work...
You say the upgrade came up with an internal server 500 error? I guess it may be an issue related either to your specific web-server configuration/settings or to your specific X-Cart installation.
Anyway, to find out the root of the problem, we need to investigate the issue directly in your X-Cart installation on your server. That is why I asked you to create a new support ticket and report the problem there.
Before our support engineer proceed with the investigation, please restore the original version of your X-Cart store (4.3.0) from backups.
Please let me assure we never charge our clients for bugs in our software. If the issue turns out to be a bug in the upgrade pack, no points will be taken for the support ticket.
