I fear I am limited to provide technical support that requires investigation on merchant's server. We've tested with both IEs and everything worked just fine. But our tests were made with new fresh copies of X-Cart & X-Payments.
Said that let me advise you to contact our techs using your HelpDesk account. If there is any bug in our software we will just refund all support fees you pay us for this incident resolving.
