Janrain has released new version of the integration API recently. Old integration scheme is deprecated and works unstable at the moment. As a result We have released new a new SocilaLogin module for X-Cart v 4.5.4-4.6.1 based on the new Janrain API.
I've just installed the latest version of X-Cart (461gold) and SocialLogin module (build Dec 25, 2013) at
https://mobileadmin.x-cart.com/xcart461gold/home.php and don't see any delays or
errors. Have you downloaded the latest version of the module?
