I am wanting to make my x-cart site at

My current site (
http://www.toolexperts.com) has an area on the right for featured products, i would like to modify my skin to have that in the right column
Also, i am trying to figure out how to display items in the home page like shown here

I need to move my buy now up to underneath my pictures in the description field and wrap the text around the photo.
The last thing I want to do is display the product and a small description on a line about an inch thick and then display another below it.
